The certificate program was designed to show the certificate awardees’ high level of competency and commitment to performing high-quality audits. Developed by leading experts and members of AICPA’s Employee Benefit Plan Audit Quality Center, the competency based examination for certification tests one’s ability to plan, perform, and evaluate employee benefit plan audits in accordance with the latest AICPA standards and Department of Labor and Internal Revenue Service requirements. The certificate acknowledges Israel’s achievement by declaring his dedication to quality and distinguishes his knowledge and expertise in this area.
Israel joined the firm in December 2005 and was most recently promoted to Principal. He is a 2003 graduate of the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. Israel is a member of the American Institute and the Delaware Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is the co-chair of the Delaware Contractor Association’s Young Executives Committee, and he serves as Treasurer of Reading Assist Institute.
